Robust extendible gravity conveyor for unloading container vehicles of all sizes.

This heavy duty gravity conveyor is a development of our existing Telescopic Expressway mounted on a large and robust box section chassis with a platform adjustable in height to service most tailboard heights. Fully welded steel construction gives this machine it's strength and with 50mm diameter low inertia PVC rollers set at centres of only 65mm it is capable of handling small and large parcels alike.

This machine is intended for unloading only, without the need of a loading dock and should be used in conjunction with other conveyors from our extensive range to reach destinations within the warehouse etc. Each deck of the track is height adjustable by means of screwjack to set the correct gravity fall. Smooth transfer between decks is achieved by a series of 20mm dia steel rollers within a transfer slider section.
